Sandra and Darren in Combo with being Thankful!

On this Thanksgiving Day I am thankful for the small things that really mean a lot. I photographed a wedding on Monday at the Harraseeket Inn (thank you Melissa who works there for the referral;). The wedding consisted of me the photographer, Cheryl the jp and Sandra and Darren, Bride and Groom. Simple, sweet, intimate and real. I mean really real. This wedding was between 2 people that for the sake of nobody else except for themselves exchanged these beautiful words to each other. Honestly, it was beautiful and very touching.

So, to keep to the simple theme today, I am thankful for my simple house (don't get me wrong, I do still want a new house but content for the moment), my simple vanilla cake recipe that I can whip together in a matter of minutes (maybe not such a good thing while on a diet (for the past 3 years)but...), my small, simple extremely messy office (stay tuned, I'm relocating this spring to Main St Freeport), my simple husband (totally kidding!!! this is a test to see if he really checks my blog;)), my small beautiful unsimple adorable boys, and my beautiful business that allows me to go to simple lunches that I love so much.
Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!

Happy 40th Dan Walker!

Here is one of many gorgeous shots I have of the Walkers. I have tons of them looking into the camera but this photo fits them best - doting on their delicious adorable guys. Happy Birthday Dan!

Just had to blog at least one!

First I must say, please please please don't be offended that I haven't blogged your session. I haven't blogged anyones session this season. Trying to reconnect with the family after a very busy wedding season. As soon as they've had enough of me I will retire to the back room again and post many photos I owe. I do love doing that.
Ok, so with that said, I am going to post one from my shoot this morning. It may have been pouring rain out but these little princesses didn't care. All smiles. So precious I had to show just one. Plus, this is the first time I photographed twins!!
Check out "Miss Thing" one and "Miss Thing" two!
